Returns & Shipping


While we endeavour to provide you with the easiest and most radical shopping experience, please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS - FULL PRICED ITEMS

If for any reason (including change of mind), you are unhappy with your full priced radical toe tappers, we offer the option of a full refund, size exchange or store credit. Simply fill out the Returns form included with your purchase, attach the enclosed return address card and post back to us. You can also send us an email to let us know your parcel is on it’s way. (See full returns process instructions below)

Strictly only valid for full priced orders placed within Australia and within 14 days of receiving the order.

We will also cover the postage back out to you on the first exchange. Please note any subsequent exchanges that need to be made are to be covered by the customer either by including a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or by purchasing postage through the online store here.

If you are in Melbourne you are also more than welcome to make an exchange instore at The Fitting Salon - 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne.

RETURNS – SALE & PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Sale Items under $99
All sale items under $99 are final and there is no exchange, cash refund or return offered for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes so please choose carefully.

Sale Items over $99 including items bought with any promotional codes.
For sale items over $99 we happily offer either an exchange or store credit note valid for 6 months from the date of return (strictly no cash refunds) for change of mind purchases and size exchanges.

For sale items being returned for exchange, including size exchange please note we do not cover Return Postage or the postage to get the exchange back out to you. For sale exchanges you have the option to include a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or elect to pay $10 postage through the product code in our online store here. If you are in Melbourne you are also more than welcome to make the exchange instore at The Fitting Salon - 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne.

Please note whilst we are happy to offer an exchange with a credit note, we can not hold sale items for exchange whilst waiting for returned orders. This means if you need an exchange on size for sale items, the best thing to do is return the item as quickly as possible so we can send you out the exchange or issue you a credit note to make the purchase again. We are happy for you to exchange for a different item should the item purchased be out of stock or not suitable for your foot. Overall we just want to do what we can to get you toe tapping again so shop with confidence that we have an exchange-friendly policy on sale items.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN?

Shoes and packaging must be returned in the original and saleable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of the goods arriving to you.

If you wish to return an item to us, simply fill out the Returns form included with your purchase, attach the return address card enclosed with your order and post back to us in the original box and packaging.

Please note we can not accept any responsibility for lost parcels or post, so keep a hold of your tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us, to make sure Australia Post is accountable.

RETURNS - NEW ZEALAND

We will happily exchange or return international orders on any full priced purchase for any reason including change of mind.

Please note that return freight, duties and taxes are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully and check the size chart closely.

How much does Shipping cost?

Within Australia Shipping is FREE for all orders over $149

For orders less than $149 we charge a flat rate $10 shipping and handling fee. Within Australia we also offer all full priced orders Free Returns Postage using our fully covered Reply Paid Service.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping times vary depending on when your order is placed and where you live but usually run around the 5 - 7 day timeline.

How will my order be shipped?

For all orders including New Zealand we ship via Australia Post E-Parcel service. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order. Once picked and packed, we will then clear the payment for your order and provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We have a small footprint philosophy which means we try to limit the number of miles our shoes travel. We do however ship to our close neighbours in New Zealand. Orders over $200 are sent free and a flat rate of $15 is charged for orders under $200.

Please note: If you purchase from New Zealand, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note Radical Yes can not be held liable for any duties, customs or taxes incured in your local currency.

New Zealand orders are supplied with a tracking number but not insurance. International orders are placed at customer risk and whilst we will do all we can to locate a missing parcel, we are not liable to replace parcels that are lost. If you would like extra instance please contact us before placing the order so we can provide a quote for insurance costs. International order delivery times are dictated by your local postal service.

We will walk over hot coals to make sure your experience is 110% radical for the lifetime of your shoes, so please get in touch with us in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your toe tappers. We will happily arrange the repair on your shoes and have an amazing shoe repairer who we can call upon to get your shoes back to tip-top shape.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
We offer the option of creating an account with us during the checkout process. This enables us to streamline the ordering process for you in the future.
We also offer the option of joining our mailing list. If you choose to sign up we send out regular emails with our latest news, collection previews, special events and promotions. Please note we do not share your information with third parties – details of our privacy policy are available at the checkout.

INVENTORY
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce most of our styles in, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
