How much does Shipping cost?
Within Australia Shipping is FREE for all orders over $149
For orders less than $149 we charge a flat rate $10 shipping and handling fee.Within Australia we also offer all full priced orders Free Returns Postage using our fully covered Reply Paid Service.
When will I receive my order?
Radical Yes! is dedicated to being a genuinely personalised and bespoke business. Because of this every order is hand picked, checked and lovingly packed by our very small team of in-house staff. Not a 3rd party service in sight – every order is shipped with loving-kindness! This is part of our ‘Hasten Slowly’ philosophy and it means we can offer you the best possible delivery experience.
What this means for your order
Monday's and Wednesday's are our packing days! Yes, we handle all our orders in bulk twice a week - once on Monday and once on Wednesday. If an order is required urgently / outside of this delivery time frame please call us +61 437 933 073
Standard shipping times vary depending on when your order is placed and where you live but usually run around the 7 – 10 day timeline.
How will my order be shipped?
For all orders including international we ship via Australia Post using E-Parcel boxes all wrapped with love. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order.
Once picked and packed, we will then clear the payment for your order and provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.
Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! we will pretty much ship to anywhere in the world - shipping and handling costs can be added at checkout and is charged as follows;
Rest of the World - $30 or FREE for orders over $350
Please note International orders are supplied with a tracking number but not insurance. International order delivery times are dictated by your local postal service.
RETURNS - FULL PRICED ITEMS
If for any reason (including change of mind) you are unhappy with your radical toe tappers, we offer a full refund or exchange on size for full price items free of charge using our Reply Paid service for orders placed within Australia. We will also cover the postage back out to you for the first exchange.
RETURNS – SALE ITEMS
Sale Items under $100 All sale items under $100 are final and there is no exchange or return offered so please choose carefully.
Sale Items over $100 including items bought with promotional codes
For sale items over $100 we happily offer store credit note valid for 6 months from the date of return (no cash refunds). Please note whilst we are happy to offer an exchange with a credit note, we can not hold sale items for exchange whilst waiting for returned orders. This means if you need an exchange on size for sale items, the best thing to do is return the item as quickly as possible so we can issue you a credit note to purchase again. Regretfully we can not offer reply paid postage on return of sale items.
HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN?
Shoes must be returned in a saleable condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of the goods arriving to you.
Please note we can not accept any responsibilities for lost parcels or post, so keep a hold of your tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us, to make sure Australia Post is accountable.

We will happily exchange or return international orders on any full priced purchase for any reason including change of mind.
Please note that return freight, duties and taxes are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully and check the size chart closely.

We will walk over hot coals to make sure your experience is 110% radical for the lifetime of your shoes, so please get in touch with us in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your toe tappers. We will happily arrange the repair on your shoes and have an amazing shoe repairer who we can call upon to quickly get your shoes back to tip-top shape.
We offer the option of creating an account with us during the checkout process. This enables us to streamline the ordering process for you in the future.
We also offer the option of joining our mailing list. If you choose to sign up we send out regular emails with our latest news, collection previews, special events and promotions.
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce most of our styles in, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
